Linda Clements, VP for Student Affairs:

9,600 people use shuttle buses
Parking for 35,000-45,000 per day, 8 people write all the parking tickets

Lots of other numbers I didn’t get
Faculty Affairs committee, Ken Holum, chair
Voting on APT cases for faculty with split appointments: Faculty generally
vote in that unit that holds their tenure, but in some cases can vote
in another department where they do not have tenure. (Rewording to make
decision already approved in September clearer.) An amendment to prohibit
tenured faculty in another department voting on tenure in the department
not having tenure failed. The change was approved.
Proposal to grant emeritus status to Librarians III and IV (since they
are now considered faculty). Approved.
Program, Curricula and Courses Committee, James Baeder, chair
Eliminate Criminal Justice Master’s Program and move students
into Criminology and Criminal Justice. Approved
Add a track in Entrepreneurship to General Business Major. Approved.
