Highlights of the College Park Senate meeting on March 8, 2004

  1. The Fun for the FUNd's variety show, silent auction, and raffle will be on April 27 from 3:30-5:30, at the Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center. The money goes to a fund that provides short-term emergency loans for staff and faculty.
  2. Three of the President's Task Groups for Institutional Review presented their final reports:
    1. Recommendations of the Task Group on Academic Incentives, Efficiencies, and Effectiveness
    2. Recommendations of theTask Group on Administration: Incentives, Efficiencies and Effectiveness
    3. Recommendations of the Task Force on Undergraduate Rates/Success Rate
