These pages were created on June 11th, 1997 as a result of the hard work of
many people, listed here in alphabetical order:

Antonios Deligiannakis
is the new webmaster for the database group pages, responsible for
keeping them up to date.
Please report any problems, comments, suggestions or updates
to him at adeli [at] umiacs [dot] umd [dot] edu.
- Thomas Baby
was the webmaster for the database group pages, responsible for
keeping them up to date for the period Fall 2000 - Summer 2001.
- Björn Þór Jónsson
created the DBgroup logo, the cool DBgroup
banner and all the other menu icons.
- Yannis Kotidis
was responsible for the frames support and for setting up the
VLDB 97 mirror.
- Alexandros
Labrinidis gathered the data, automated the page creation
process with Perl scripts
and created the pages. He was responsible for keeping all the pages
up to date and adding new content, from the site's creation in June 1997,
until the summer of 2000.
- Kostas
Stathatos did the final version of the DBgroup
logo, using
PhotoShop.
He also created the dbchat logo.
- Nelson
Padua-Perez created the DB Seminar
web page on March 1996, and maintained it for the
Spring 96 and Fall 96 semesters.
- Nick Roussopoulos
was the faculty advisor and helped getting our own space in the
department's web server.
