Abstract
In this talk, I'll discuss Silicon Valley startups through
founding, funding, execution, and exit, modestly using my own
experience as the single data point for discussion. Then, following
in the tradition of the finest business journalists, I will
mix this single data point with a liberal helping of anecdotal
evidence and proceed to develop authoritative-sounding
generalizations. By the end of the talk, the audience should all
be millionaires. As an added bonus, they might also gain some
feeling for what has been happening in the Valley these past few
years.
