Please, note that the US$ prices have been calculated according to the currency exchange ("buy" rate) of US$ 1 = 266.365 GRD (GRD=Greek drachmas) set on May 22, 1997. Final calculations should be made according to the current prices on the payment day.

Note :

1. Glyfada is about a 10 km distance from the conference location (Astir Palace Resort at Vouliagmeni).
2. There will be a bus service during the days of the conference to accommodate the participants who stay at the hotels in Glyfada to and from the conference location. The bus will follow a prescheduled itinerary passing from all the above hotels each morning and will make the same journey returning from the conference location late at afternoon.
3. If two attendees are sharing a double room, only one of them should submit the hotel reservation form.
4. You may give your order of preference, in case of non-availability of rooms in a hotel, by writing numbers (1=first,2=second ...) next to the boxes. To make sure that you get rooms in the hotel of your choice, please make your reservations as early as possible.
5. The deposit for reservation is equal to the charge for one night's accommodation, and is non refundable.

All hotel rates are inclusive of presently applicable taxes, breakfast and service charges.

Pre-ordered taxi service is available for those interested for transferring at the date of their arrival from the airport to their hotel at the cost of 8.300 GRD / 31 US$. Check here

There will be a bus service for the transfer of the participants the day preceding the beginning of the conference and the last day of the conference from the airports (West, Olympic and Charter Airport) to the hotels (those mentioned above) and vice versa. The hours of departure will be prescheduled and the bus will follow a predefined itinerary.
