Notes:

* You can present your work anywhere in the A.V. Williams building (my
  office, a lab, etc.).

* If the demo is to be in my office, the whole group should show up at
  the scheduled time.  If it is somewhere else, one person should come
  to my office and I will accompany him or her to the demo location.

* In order to make sure we stay on schedule (and no one is late for
  finals or other commitments), *** please be punctual ***.
