All policies regarding requests for regrades are outlined below. Please note that any requests for regrading of class material not done according to the guidelines below may result in that request being denied.
The "Official Regrade Request Form" can be downloaded and printed via the following URL's or picked up from the head grading TA:

| The deadline is no more than 1-2 weeks after the material in question has been returned to the class at large. Meaning if a quiz is returned in lab on Monday, Feb 23rd ANY AND ALL regrade requests for that quiz are expected to be turned in by Monday (March 8th) at the very latest - any requests made more than 1-2 weeks after the assignment was returned must be accompanied by written documentation as to why the request is being made late and there is no guaranteed that it will be accepted. | |||

Note that answers to exams (except final exam) are also posted on or around the same day that the assignment in question is returned in lab section.
Note: you must turn in this request by the deadline outlined above unless you are physically incapable of doing so (in which case you will need to fill out and submit an "Official Excuse Request Form" to gain permission to turn in a regrade request late).
If after 2 weeks your regrade request has not been processed please contact your instructor during any of their posted office hours.
