The only difference is that you should submit your project1-cyclone
directory, and specify 1 as the argument to the submit script; i.e.:
cd ~/project1-cyclone/build gmake clean cd ../.. tar cvf proj1.tar project1-cyclone gzip proj1.tar /afs/csic/submit/bin/submit 1 proj1.tar.gz
