The only difference is that you should submit your project2-cyclone
directory, and specify 2 as the argument to the submit script; i.e.:
cd ~/project2-cyclone/build gmake clean cd ../.. tar cvf proj2.tar project2-cyclone gzip proj2.tar /afs/csic/submit/bin/submit 2 proj2.tar.gz
