The only difference is that you should submit your project3-cyclone
directory, and specify 3 as the argument to the submit script; i.e.:
cd ~/project3-cyclone/build gmake clean cd ../.. tar cvf proj3.tar project3-cyclone gzip proj3.tar /afs/csic/submit/bin/submit 3 proj3.tar.gz
