The only difference is that you should submit your project5-cyclone
directory, and specify 5 as the argument to the submit script; i.e.:
cd ~/project5-cyclone/build gmake clean cd ../.. tar cvf proj5.tar project5-cyclone gzip proj5.tar /afs/csic/submit/bin/submit 5 proj5.tar.gz
