The only difference is that you should submit your project2
directory, and specify 2 as the argument to the submit script; i.e.:
cd project2/build
gmake clean
cd ../../
tar cvf proj2.tar project2
gzip proj2.tar
/afs/csic.umd.edu/submit/fall2005/cmsc412/bin/submit 2 proj2.tar.gz
