The only difference is that you should submit your project6
directory, and specify 6 as the argument to the submit script; i.e.:
cd project6/build
gmake clean
cd ../../
tar cvf proj6.tar project6
gzip proj6.tar
/afs/csic.umd.edu/submit/fall2005/cmsc412/bin/submit 6 proj6.tar.gz
