Buttons:
All of the beginning “state frames” (the first click) will take place form the Main Menu. At any time, you may wish to either click “Main Menu” to return to the main menu or “Back” to go to the previously viewed screen.

1) To enter personal contact information:
Enter Information à Personal Contact Information

2) To enter doctor contact information:
Enter Information à Doctor Contact Information

2) To enter personal physical information:
Enter Information à Personal Physical Information

3) To edit exercise plan:
Enter Information à Edit Exercise Plan

- If Request for a plan is desired:
Enter Information à Edit Exercise Plan à Request a Plan From Your Doctor


1) To add new food item:
Enter Food à Add New Item

2) To remove food item:
Enter Food à Delete Item


1) To view meal suggestions:
Before Meals àMeal Suggestions

- To check breakfast suggestions:
Before Meals à Meal Suggestions à Breakfast

*NOTE: to check meal suggestions for Lunch, Dinner or a Snack, the operations are similar. Simply click on the desired button instead. Within each meal suggestion there is a second option available. To access the second meal suggestion click the button labeled “Next Option”.
2) To check risks for a particular meal:
Before Meals à Check Risks

Simply click the arrow to the right of each combo box in order to view a list of the foods not to eat within the specific food group.
3) To view data within “Before Meals”
- See VIEW DATA (below)

1) To view workout:
Exercise à View Workout

2) To enter your current workout:
Exercise à Enter Current Workout

You man now simply click inside each empty text field and type in the desired numerical data. After entering the information, click “Save” to save the newly entered data.
3) To edit/request a workout:
Exercise à Edit/Request Workout

A plan can now either be selected from the combo box OR you can click “Request a Plan From Your Doctor” which will allow you to manually enter a specific request (which may or may not be available from the combo box offered.

If you wish to now send the information you can click either the “Fax” or “E-mail” radio button followed by “Send”. This will immediately send your request without any further work required.

1) To view any FOOD chart (of the 4 presented options):
View Data à Today
à This Week
à This Month
à Overall

To search the chart in more depth, simply click “Graph Contd.”

2) To view any EXERCISE chart (of the 4 presented options):
View Data à Today
à This Week
à This Month
à Overall

3) To transfer data:
View Data à Transfer Data
- View TRANSFER DATA (below)

From here, a specific file can be selected by click on the arrow to the right of the combo box and then the data can be set appropriately by either Selecting a radio button and “Send” to the physician OR simply clicking the second “Send” to upload to your personal PC automatically.
Click “Help” from the Main Menu to view a help screen, which gives a brief overview of the main menu options.

Click “Exit” from the Main Menu to leave the program and it will AUTOMATICALLY SAVE ALL DATA!
Clicking this button will automatically cause the program to return to the Main Menu regardless of whether information has been saved or not.
Where applicable, this button will return the user to the previously viewed screen.
Where applicable, this button will save the current entered information.
By clicking this button, the information on the current screen will be sent automatically to the user’s physician based on the doctor’s contact information or to the user’s PC.
