Moving Through The Site

There are several ways that you can maneuver through the site.

    1. Like most webpages, you can move backwards and forwards by clicking the green forward and back buttons in the upper left hand corner of your screen.

    1. At the bottom of every page in MyMedMinder are icons that will allow you to perform different functions such as return to the homepage, exit, etc.
    2. The toolbar at the top of every page has different items, clearly labeled, that you can click on.  This will assist you in navigating the site and moving quickly to areas of interest.

Lost or Forgotten Password/User Name

Due to the test nature of this site, we are unable to replace forgotten passwords.  If you have forgotten your password or user name, you will need to create a new account. 

Adding New Medications

To add a new medication, you will need to log in to the secure area of the site. To do this, click on either “new user” or “returning user” in the upper blue toolbar. 

  1. If you are a new user, you will need to register and create a user name and password.  There are instructions on the “new user” section of the website on how to create a new account.
  2. If  you are a returning user, you will need to login to the secure area.  When prompted, choose “Add a Medication”.  You are also able to review your existing medications before or after adding a medication.

Viewing a Medication Record

Viewing a medication record allows you to examine any existing data that already exists in your record.  You can view by:

  1. Date
  2. Alphabetical Order
  3. Prescriber
  4. By Reason For Taking

When you choose the order that you would like your medications to appear in and click it, a form will appear.  You can either print or save that form to your computer or memory stick. 

Printing A Medication Record

To print a medication record, you must be logged in to the secure area of the site.  Choose “Print Medications”, and then choose the order you would like them to appear in.  When your medication record appears on the screen, choose the “print” option and the record will print.

To Exit the Program

To exit MyMedMinder from the secure area (after you are logged in), simply click the “logout” option in the upper blue toolbar.  This will return you to the general webpage where you can then close the browser.  If you are in the non-secure area (i.e. the general information, prior to logging in), you can just close the browser by clicking on “File” in the upper left hand corner of your screen and choosing “close”, as shown below.
