Fall 2013 - Final Exam "Part 1

As mentioned on the syllabus, the final exam will include a take-home written portion regarding the semester project. This is that part of the final exam.

  • Describe the role that you played in the team project and how you applied topics from the course to the team project.
  • Based on your experiences, identify what you feel was the most important course topic and then write a two-to-three paragraph summary explaining that topic to another student in your discipline.

    You will turn this in with the portion of the final exam done in CSIC 1121 on Saturday, December 21st at 1:30 PM (the time of the final exam itself). The portion of the final exam given on December 21st will consists of four additional questions, of which you will need to answer three. You may turn the above "take-home" portion in as part of your final exam in typed (PDF) or hand-written form, though typed is preferred. As with the midterm, the final exam may be typed and printed to PDF with each question's answer starting on a new page or handwritten.

    The final exam will be open notes, open book, open readings, but closed "web searching" and closed conversation (as the midterm was).
