Late Policy

The late policy is that posted on the newsgroup.

Part 2:  Early with 10% bonus: before 10am Saturday, March 16th.
         On Time:        no later than 10pm Saturday, March 16th
         Late with 25% penalty:  no later than 10pm Sunday, March 17th
         Late with 50% penalty:  no later than 10am Monday, March 18th
