Photo Editor is part of the Office 97 suite.  If Office 97 was completely installed, you will have this program on your machine.  If you do not have Office 97, you can use any other editor to edit images.  The following directions are for Microsoft Photo Editor:

  1. Start Photo Editor
    • Click on Start
    • Move up to Programs
    • Locate Microsoft Photo Editor
    • Click on Microsoft Photo Editor
  2. Open your file by clicking on File and selecting Open
  3. Locate your file and double click on it.
  • When it Opens, if you want to crop the picture go to the Select icon
