their goals (100 points)

For one
of the following type of devices (PDA, cell phone, MP3 player, digital
camera) examine 2 instances aimed at different user populations (say
an inexpensive low-end product and an expensive high-end product), then answer the
following questions (Please explain all your answers):

points) Who are the intended personas for each instance (list one primary
and one secondary persona)?

of the persona's goals are
served by the device (list at least 5)?

(2X30 points) For each goal above :

How could the user reach that goal
while using the device (enumerate all required steps)?

Do you think the device design serve
this goal well? If yes, explain the feature(s) of the design that
achieve this goal. If no, in what aspects does it still need improvement?

Could you think of a way to to improve
the user experience while fulfilling this goal? Your suggestions for
improvements should stay within likely
real-life constraints (budget, production, size, etc.) Please include a
sketch (or pictures) of the original and redesigned device.
