Printing in n-up

The following instructions describe how to print multiple slides on the same page, to save paper and space.

Windows

• Open the slides in your browser
• Open the print dialog by e.g. right-clicking on the slides and selecting "Print"
• Click on "Properties"
• Select the "Finishing" tab
• Change "Pages per sheet" setting to desired value of n
• Click OK, to close "Properties" dialog, then OK on printing dialog to initiate printing

OS X

• Open the slides in Preview
• Select Print under the File menu
• Choose Layout on the popup menu in the middle right
• Under Pages per Sheet, choose n, and select the other layout options you prefer
• Click the Print button
