Instructions for Installing a Virtual Machine

It you are taking cmsc216, you do not need to install a virtual machine nor do you need to copy yis/yas (Assembly language support) to your virtual machine. If you install a virtual machine that is because you don't have a unix platform, don't have internet, or want to run the assembly language support programs we have provided in your machine. Keep in mind that if you have a Mac, you already have a unix environment. Just make sure that periodically you check that your programs work in the grace cluster.
