Original Call for Volunteers

Student volunteers will get a free conference registration, a unique conference t-shirt, and will be able to attend the paper and panel sessions, workshops and tutorials.

Student volunteers must register by mail to have their conference fees waived.

Student volunteers will work approximately 20 hours. Duties will include tasks, such as answering questions from conference attendees, monitoring entrance to sessions, assisting with registration, and running miscellaneous errands.

Participating as a student volunteer is a great opportunity to interact with the organizing committee and the presenters. It gives you a chance to meet other people like you and make life long contacts. If you are close to graduation and looking for a job this is one of the best places to meet the best and most prominent people in the field!
