Original Call for Proposals

Workshop Proposals

HT02 workshops will provide forums for relatively informal presentation and discussion on focused topics. Workshop proposals should tackle current hypermedia-related issues which can benefit from such a forum. Topics often include emerging as well as established themes, and provide an ideal way to strengthen a community, or move a field on.

Acceptance of submissions and post-workshop publication is left to each workshop organizer, depending on the kind of event s/he is designing. Attendance at workshops will be limited, based on the venue and the discretion of the workshop organizer.

Proposing a Workshop:

If you are interested in organizing a full or half-day workshop, please email a short proposal (up to 1000 words) to the address shown below. The proposal should detail:

  • Course title and duration
  • Expected number, balance and selection of participants
  • Workshop theme and goals
  • Outcomes of the workshop
  • Relevance to the field
