Recent developments in our battle against cancer

Cancer research and treatments have been undergoing remarkable advances in the last five years or so, in an unprecedented rate. In this overview talk I will provide an intro to cancer and describe these recent advances in precision medicine and immunotherapy. The talk will not assume any prior biomedical knowledge and is geared towards a general, inquisitive, audience.
