LODGING/TRAVEL FOR WORKSHOP ON CREATIVITY SUPPORT TOOLS
The Workshop on Creativity Support Tools will be held June 13-14, 2005 at the Radisson Barcelo Hotel in Washington, DC.
Radisson Barcelo Hotel
2121 P Street, N.W.
Washington, DC 20037
There is no registration fee for the Workshop on Creativity Tools, but to help us plan we ask that all participants register by May 10, 2005. Participation is by invitation only. To register, please go to https://intranet.umiacs.umd.edu/conferences/crto05/form.htm
The workshop will provide free lodging for a maximum of two nights for workshop participants. Please indicate lodging check-in and check-out dates on the registration form, if needed. We will pay lodging only. No food, telephone or other incidentals, please.
Workshop participants should make their own travel arrangements. A limited amount of travel support will be allocated for those participants who really need it. If you would like to receive travel support, please fax your social security number (passport number for foreign nationals) and home address to Cecilia Kullman, fax 301-314-9658 by May 10. (It is not a good idea to email social security numbers.)
Air travel and ground transportation may be reimbursed up to the allocated amount (no food, please). Note that air travel has to be with a US carrier to be reimbursable and you need to submit receipts in original (copy of receipt is acceptable for partial reimbursement). Foreign nationals should submit copies of their passport and the I-94 form with B-1 visa (visitor for business) or VW-B (visa waiver business) at the time of the workshop as the I-94 is relinquished upon departing the US. We are unable to process reimbursement requests without proper documentation. Reimbursements take approximately six weeks. Please contact Cecilia at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions (Cecilia will be out of the office April 18-29).
