Pre-Symposium Workshops (Thursday June 17th)
Date and time:
The four HCIL - Workshops will run from 10am to 4
pm on June 17th.

How to Get to the A.V. Williams Building (where all four workshops are being held)
Where to Park
If you have received a parking permit: In all likelihood you
have a permit for Lot "T". This lot is across the street from A.V. Williams
building. (In the map on the above link it is the area marked in blue
next to the Engineering building, and across the street from the Wind Tunnel).
If you have not received a parking permit:
You can park in any of the parking meters near the A.V. Williams building:
Along Paint Branch drive in front of A.V. Williams building or in Lot 11 (between Baltimore Blvd. (Route One) and A.V. Williams - marked blue in the map
on the above link). Once you have parked, you can go up to
room 2119 A.V.Williams building and ask for a Parking Permit for a Metered
Spot. Place this permit in your car and return to A.V. Williams for the
workshop. Remember to put a quarter in the meter for the
duration that it is likely to stand in the spot without a parking tag.

- Morning :
Coffee and juice available at the beginning of the workshops.
(we expect you will have had breakfast already)
- Lunch (at 12:30 pm):
Lunch will be provided (most likely a chinese food buffet). It will
be served on the first floor, and attendees from all four workshops will have a
chance to chat together. Weather permitting, we will take a stroll
outside after lunch.
- There are no dinner plans but we will help connect
out-of-town attendees from all four workshops (and others who would like to join) to have dinner together.

ATTENTION!
The number of attendees is limited to 15 per workshop. You must get confirmation of your participation from the workshop organizer before registering.
To register, use the regular Symposium and Open House registration form.
In order for us to send the parking permits that you request, and to reserve lunch
and materials, we need your reservation by June 5th.
