As friend and colleague to Starr Roxanne Hiltz,
Murray Turoff shares similar goals and interests. Turoff is a member
of the School of Management for the New Jersey Institute of Technology and
specializes in Information Systems. His primary areas of research
include both human-computer interaction and the social impact of computers
on society. He has worked closely with Dr. Hiltz over the last few
years developing the groundbreaking Virtual Classroom. It is the hope
of both Dr. Turoff and Dr. Hiltz that the guidelines established and
research conducted will shape computer-assisted instruction for the future. |
