This is the initial screen of the Query Preview panel.
Note there are three sections to the interface. The top section is for geographic selection. The middle panel is for attribute selection. The bottom panel is for temporal selection (by year). At the very bottom is an indicator for the number of datasets selected. If the number selected is too large (for the purpose of downloading) then the indicator appears red.
