Software:

Our aim is to integrate our foundational models into a number of different visual analytic tools. To this end, we have developed both a core system, Probabilistic Soft Logic (PSL), and a visual analytic tool for comparative analysis of uncertain graphs called G-PARE. We are also integrating different comparative operators and visual paradigms into Invenio, and plan to integrate parts of our probabilistic framework into Jigsaw.
