1) Required:
   Pick a topic and write a brief paragraph describing the goal and scope
   of your webpage.  Include the names of your team members (up to three,
   unless you are doing something large and difficult). If I have already
   approved your topic, indicate that the topic was approved.

   Email this information to the ta, darth.hugue@gmail.com with the subjeccmsc411 project.



2) Suggested: research topic and write work plan, with clear cut
responsibilities for all. target is 60 hours per project per person. By
submitting the project with your name on it, you certify that you agree
that all other names did work to your satisfaction. This, enforcing work
loads is your problem, not mine.

However, please feel free to visit me should you encounter personality
conflicts in your team-of-choice.

3) Required: write webpage.
   you should have a few questions in mind that can be answered to guide
   you in your development

   these must include minimally and  ARE NOT LIMITED TO the following

	   explain why topic is of interest to the course
   	   define necessary terms
           if in the book, give reference
           explain why useful

   give questions for reader to think about while reading



   give  examples and exercise questions to test reader comprehension


   give references..online and hardcopy (meaning all on-line references
    are NOT acceptable or all hardcopy, unless, as in the case of a new
    architecture, hard copy doesn't exist


The previous are minimal requirements. A portion of the grade will be for
creativity, and thought in doing MORE than just the bare minimum.

4) Required: submit the project on time.
