A few items:
- The papers for Bowtie and TopHat have been accepted, at Genome Biology and Bioinformatics, respectively.
- I've joined the Laboratory for Mathematical and Computational Biology at UC Berkeley.
- I'm still a student of Steven Salzberg at the University of Maryland Center for Bioinformatics and Computational Biology, but Lior Pachter is now my co-advisor at Berkeley. The three of us are actively working together on several projects related to next-gen sequencing assays.
