I'm fourth year Phd student in UMD College Park Computer Science Department. I had my B.S from Computer Engineering from Bogazici University in 2008.
I got my M.S degree in 2011
My research interests are: Protein Function Prediction, Graph Recovery under Noisy Environments, Clustering and Graph Diffusion Processes
