I am a PhD candidate in the Department of Computer Science at University of Maryland, College Park. My advisors are Dr. Dianne O'Leary (UMD) and Dr. Teresa Przytycka (NCBI/NIH).

My research interests lie in the area of Computational Biology. As part of my PhD research I have worked on algorithms for fast protein structure comparison and analysis of protein interaction networks. Please visit Research Projects for a short description of my recent projects.
