The story told in the blog was cleaned up. I actually told the students DUMP YOUR F**K**G TABLES!!!!! And I used that expression a lot. When I was preparing this post Clyde Kruskal told me that if I use the expletive it will distract from the point of the post and therefore I should drop it. But I told him NO, I need the f**k**g emphasis that the word conveys. Clyde told me it was more distracting then helpful. I didn't believe him. Then Clyde pointed out I had gotten emotionally attached to the phrase and that I should DUMP YOUR F**K**G TABLES!!!! At that point I realized he was right, and the phrase used is now DUMP YOUR TABLES!!!!
