You should replace any color or font elements in your page to use CSS. You should also create a professional and interesting design that uses style sheets for layout.
Feel free to start from existing templates, but you must customize them to fit the Ghostbusters theme. I should not look at your page and think you just implemented someone else's template; it should be your own but it can build from existing templates. If you are concerned, please get in touch with me early on in the process.
If you need suggestions on where to start, consider using Bootstrap. These class webpages are formatted with it, and there are many flexible templates that let you benefit from it's flexible CSS structure.
This should be a portfolio-worthy page that reflects a full knowledge of HTML and web design. You do not need to add any new content to your page, though you certainly can if you want to.
