Case Study 3 You are a reference librarian in a public library... You work at the newly established virtual reference desk. Since this new service was started, you are surprised to find that you are already getting repeated requests from library patrons for information on such topics as: "Where do I find my tax forms?" "What DVDs can I check out of the library?" "What books have been featured in the children's room storytime?"

What does your virtual reference system look like? Show how patrons send questions and how you answer these questions. Describe how your system uses a database, web forms, and more to support you and your users.

Begin this homework and we will complete it class during the lab. You will be expected to come with the assignment mostly complete and it will be due March 24th after class.

You should have at least 2 web pages, a sketch of your database design, and a list of the SQL queries you would send whenever you need to access the database, along with a statement of what information you will put in the database and when.
