photo about me
I am a Nth year Ph.D. student in Computer Science Department at University of Maryland, College Park. My advisor is Professor Amol Deshpande and Prof. Lise Getoor.

I obtained my M.Sc. in EECS Department at Seoul National University under the guidance of Professor Kyuseok Shim. And I received my B.Eng. in School of Software at Shanghai Jiao Tong University with highest honors.

Research Interests

I'm interested in user friendly data management systems, languages and tools that are able to handle extra large scale data analytics, and integration of heterogeneous data sources. I am also strongly interested in applying computational approaches to big data emerged from other domains (e.g. e-commerce, consumer electronics) and designing novel algorithms for data-intensive applications.
