 WLAN network quality control & trouble shooting

 
    [ Overview ]
  • When using public WLAN access, we can encounter many problems such as authentication error, client malfunction or network disconnection and etc.
  • To enhance the network quality, we should measure network status at the network side as well as the client side.
  • We develop a client SW in order to measure the network status and gather the error information
  • By analyzing statistical network information, we can correct the problems in the WLAN network.
    [ Scenario ]
  • When the client fails to access the WLAN network, the client SW logs into the WLAN network status (RSSI, channel number, AP type, AP IP, etc) and error status.
  • The client sends the collected information to the main server
  • We analyze the gathered data, and compare other network information such as AP SYSLOG, radius server log so that we find the problem in the WLAN network and keep the quality control through qualitative analysis.
  • Common errors and situations can be analyzed, and may be fixed quickly.
