The basic goal of the research is to develop formal models of human action. Our aim is to shed light on the representations of action utilized by humans. On the way to reach this, we are developing a computational framework for representing human action and use the obtained representations for recognizing action from visual input. At the same time we are performing a number of psychological experiments whose goal is to measure aspects of the theoretical model in human behavior. |
