Kenneth Weiss kweiss ( at ) cs.umd.edu I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Computer Science department at the University of Maryland, College Park working with Leila De Floriani. I obtained an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park, a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.A. in Mathematics from Binghamton University. My research interests include scientific visualization, computational topology, solid modeling and spatial data structures. The focus of my Ph.D. is on hierarchical decompositions of n-dimensional space.
