Title: DDoS-blocker: Detecting and Blocking of 
       Distributed Denial of Service Attack

  Security has not played a prominent role in the design of
  Internet protocols until recently.  In this talk I present
  an overview of the distributed denial of service attack problem,
  survey existing methods to deal with the problem and, pose the 
  challenge of how one can detect and block distributed denial of 
  service attack as it is happening.  I also present several
  requirements and parameters I think the solution to this problem 
  should observe.
