I just wanted to put in my .02 on my HMO, which is Optimum Choice. It has been an excellent experience overall. We have used it quite a bit, especially when my son was born, and they have covered everything, including some things I really didn't expect to be covered. There have been occasional administrative glitches, but they have all been resolved quickly and efficiently. There has also been a minimum of paperwork.
