I've updated the JSR-133 specification draft at:

The changes since the previous versions are almost entirely
clarifications of the non-normative text.
The only normative change is the change to the restrictions on putfield
instructions that update final fields,
as described in previous emails.
We've also done the Sun legal review (only 65 occurrences of
Java^{TM}).
We just need to confirm the final wording on final fields, and we
should be done.
