It is impossible for me to evaluate your chances except by looking at your complete application. A general guideline is that we usually only admit students who are at or close to the top of their class in terms of academic strength and research potential.
I do not have any internships for foreign undergraduates.
If you are currently a student with research interests close to mine, you are welcome to set up a meeting to discuss any research opportunities. And if I don't respond to it, please email me again! (I do get a lot of email.)
If you are interested in working with me, I am sorry to say that I never have funding available for postdocs.
