The only difference is that you should submit your project5
directory, and specify 5 as the argument to the submit script; i.e.:
cd project5/build
gmake clean
cd ../../
tar cvf proj5.tar project5
gzip proj5.tar
/afs/csic.umd.edu/submit/spring2006/cmsc412/bin/submit 5 proj5.tar.gz
