Groups

Groups have been set up on the AITS cluster to permit project teams to share code without making it writeable (or readable) to the rest of the world. Each group contains the members of a team. Use chmod and chgrp to set the access to your project files. The groups command will tell you which group you are in. If you were logged in while the changes were made, you will probably need to logout / login to see the groups.
