Important: the best is to download package.tar.gz and execute with appletviewer from your computer. Else you have to give some rights to this applet( need TCP connection for computation and file acces if you want to read / write files ).
Usage :

Draw the network by specfying the nodes( double click ), links between them( Ctrl-Click on first node and Ctrl-Click on the second one ), traffic classes ( Shift-Click on first node and Shift-Click on the second one.

You can delete nodes and links at any time by double clicking with right mouse button on them.

You can compute the parameters of your network by choosing "Evaluate". To modify some parameters try the adjustables on the right panel.

To load and save networks that you are drawing, use "Load" and "Save" buttons.
