“Ok guys, let’s kick this rehearsal up a notch,” said Jim as he fiddled with his guitar, “Suggestions for the next set?”
“Unforgiven II,” said Kurt while he switched to lighter guitar for the faster riffs.
“Sweet Amber?” suggested the longhaired base player named Bobby.
“I said UP,” replied Jim.
“Of Wolf and Man,” came the rough voice from behind the large drum set. You could barely see the drummer behind them. A smaller man would be completely lost. Not that you could see the drummer anyway; His long hair covered his face most of the time and fans were taking guesses at his eye color (they are bright blue).
“Oooo… a classic from a b-side,” said Jim thoughtfully, “That would really mix it up nice for this tour.”
“Maaan,” whined Kurt, “Rollo, just wants to do that one so he can use his Wild Voice.”
“So,” replied Rollo as he smacked a cymbal with the flat of his hand.
“OK, Bobby, do you got this one yet?” asked Jim of their new base player.
Bobby flew through the first two measures at double time.
“Yea.”
Jim looked at Rollo.
“Well?”
“Good enough,” stated Rollo flatly as he spun his sticks.
“OK, let’s do it!”
