*Fees include accommodation on July 5th, meals and entertainment on July 5th&6th. For supplement A &/or B please add the prevailing convention rate at the time of the registration. A single or family discount of $25.00 is available until May 31 to those who are registering for ALL three days. Each room has two double beds and can accommodate upto 5 family members. Per person rate based on two persons sharing the room.
(Cancellation Policy: Refund 50% if notified in writing at least 30 days in advance, if less 10%.)
A GENERAL BODY MEETING WILL BE HELD ON JULY 6th AT THE HOTEL. IT WILL BE OPEN TO ALL MEMBERS AT NO COST. HOWEVER, THERE WILL BE A $25/PERSON & $50/FAMILY FEE FOR THOSE WHO ARE NOT REGISTERED FOR THE CONVENTION BUT REGISTERING FOR THE PICNIC.
