Dr. Ugur Kuter

I'm an Assistant Research Scientist in the Institute for Advanced Computer Studies (UMIACS).

I'm also affiliated with the Laboratory for Computational Cultural Dynamics and the MINDSWAP, the Semantic Web research lab at the University of Maryland, College Park.

My research is in Artificial Intelligence. In particular,

Automated Planning and Learning,
Understanding Social Behavior,
Decision Making under Uncertainty and Time,
Semantic Web Services and Web-Based Social Networks.
